Wedding Bookings

By paying your £50 non refundable booking fee you will have secured your wedding date with myself and agreed to the below terms and conditions.

The wedding date will not be secured until the booking fee has been paid.

The final balance would then be due in cleared funds 1 calendar month before your wedding date. The booking fee will be deducted from your final balance.

If anything was to change and in any unforeseen event that would mean you having to move the wedding date I would do everything I could to accommodate your new date.

With a complete cancellation of a wedding, or a move to a date that I couldn’t accommodate as long as it was cancelled before 8 weeks in advance I wouldn’t ask for any more funds.

If between to 4 weeks before, 50% of the final balance would still be payable & If the wedding was cancelled in the last two weeks prior to the date 100% of the balance would be payable.

Any sundries that are being hired will be included into the prices in your quote. If any damages were to occur to any items on the day of the wedding whilst in your care, the full cost of these would be owed allowing me to replace.

I aim to stick to the flower list I provided in your quotation, but substitutes due to wholesale availability can occasionally occur. If this was the case the substituted flowers would be as close to the original selection as possible, and always in keeping with the theme and style planned.

I strive to always provide the highest quality flowers for my couples and strictly to their brief. If however you felt this wasn’t the case, any complaints must be made within an hour of delivery so that I can rectify any problems as best I can.
